  • College Quarter and Graduate House
    • Location - Residence Services Office - 128 Saskatchewan Hall

Please ensure that you are making travel arrangements that coincide with the scheduled Move-In Date. Should you require a later arrival date, please process a Late Arrival Form

  • Students with a last name beginning with L-Z - 1:00PM - 4:00PM

MOVE IN LOCATION - MARQUIS CULINARY CENTRE - 97 Campus Drive

Move-In Buildings: Assiniboine, Wollaston and Souris Hall Residents

• Move-In Date - Friday, August 30, 2024
  • Students with a last name beginning with A-K - 9:00AM - 11:30AM
  • Students with a last name beginning with L-Z - 1:00PM - 3:30PM

MOVE IN LOCATION - McEOWN PARK - Check-In Tent - 103 Cumberland Avenue South

In order to manage the overall density of students arriving on campus for their move-in on the above dates, students are required to arrive during the time frames outlined, based on their last name.

TERM 2 WINTER 2025 - MOVE-IN DATE

• Tuesday, January 2nd, 2025 - 10AM - 4PM

    • Location - Seager Wheeler Residence Office - 103 Cumberland Avenue South
  • Voyageur Place
    • Location - Residence Services Office - 128 Saskatchewan Hall
  • Graduate House and College Quarter Halls 
    • Location - Graduate House Lobby - 1593 Aird Street

Students will be unable to move-in between December 24th and January 1st (inclusive). Please ensure that you are making travel arrangements that coincide with the January 2nd Move-In Date.
