Happy Holidays!
A friendly reminder that the Residence Services Office will be closed during the University campus holiday closure from December 25 to January 1
We are actively preparing for the arrival of our new Term 2 residents, with the move-in process scheduled for January 2, 2025, from 10AM to 4PM. We look forward to welcoming our new residents!
Students will not be able to move in between December 23 and January 1 (inclusive), as we need this time to prepare the units vacated by Term 1 students. Please ensure your travel arrangements align with the January 2 move-in date, or submit a Late Arrival Form if you plan to arrive later than January 2.
Incoming students who have booked a stay in Residence are encouraged to refer to the Residence Move-In Guide to prepare for their arrival.
