Summer Check-In Information

Thank you for booking your stay with the University of Saskatchewan Residence Services Office. Please see the below information relating to your stay.

We hope you enjoy your stay at the University of Saskatchewan. Should you require any assistance before or during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the Residence Services Office at (306) 966-6775 or visit our office located at 128 Saskatchewan Hall, 91 Campus Drive. 

Check-in time is at 3:00PM, unless other arrangements have been made with the Residence Services Office ahead of time by contacting conference.services@usask.ca.

Regular check-out time is 11:00AM, unless other arrangements have been made with the Residence Services Office. Please note, check-outs after 11:00AM are subject to a late check-out fee.

Saturday - Sunday 9:00AM - 9:00PM
Statutory Holidays 2:00PM - 9:00PM

For guest security, the front door of Saskatchewan Hall is programmed to lock at midnight. All guests must pick up their check-in package prior to 9:00PM (Saskatchewan Time). If you are unable to do so, you must make alternate arrangements to stay at a hotel and you may check-in the following day. There will be no refund for late arrivals.

Ask your driver to drop you off at Louis’ (the Memorial Union Building) on Campus Drive. The Residence Services Office is located in Saskatchewan Hall in the courtyard behind Louis’.
Once you have checked in, we recommend that you park at the Stadium Parkade, located on Stadium Crescent and a 3-minute walk from the Residence Services Office. Please visit Parking and Transportation Services for information and rates.
Front Desk Staff are available at the Residence Services Office to assist you following regular office hours from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm in the evenings and 9:00 am-9:00 pm on weekends. After hours Support is available for lockouts outside of the above hours. Please contact after hours support at 306-281-4496. Protective Services can be reached at 306-966-5555 in the case of an emergency. A complimentary phone (local calls only) is available in Saskatchewan Hall at the office; dial “9”, and then the number.

For all individual bookings, notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the arrival date. We reserve the right to charge the administration fee and one night's accommodations. Please note that full payment is required prior to check-in.

The University of Saskatchewan is an excellent place to host a conference, and Culinary Services can help make sure your event is a success. Whether you are staying on campus or not, our experienced staff can work with you to help develop a custom menu, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and refreshment options served on campus or in Marquis Culinary Centre.
