Conference Group Accommodations
Planning a conference at USask or in the city of Saskatoon this summer? Try out the University of Saskatchewan residences for a variety of affordable and flexible living arrangements. We can accommodate groups of any size in our dormitory or apartment style suites. Our knowledgeable staff have years of experience working with a variety of conferences on or off campus.
Voyageur Place dormitory reservations consist of a single or double room with dresser, desk, desk lamp, closet, and window. Weekly linen service (sheets, blanket, pillow, and towels) as well as soap are provided. Washroom facilities are shared and located in the hallways. The following room types are available at Voyageur Place:
- Single (not shared) with one bed per room
- Double rooms (shared) with two beds per room. Reservations are made per bed space
College Quarter apartment style Residences may be available upon request. College Quarter rooms are fully furnished four bedroom apartments. These open concept apartments feature a full kitchen with island and chairs, a fridge and stove, as well as a furnished living area. College Quarter bedrooms feature a desk and chair, bed and built-in closet. Weekly linen service is provided and this includes bedding, towels, and soap.

Individual Accommodations
Individual accommodation reservations (not affiliated with a group event) are also welcome.
We can accommodate individual stays in our guest suites year-round. Please inquire about suite availability/make a reservation by contacting conference.services@usask.ca or by calling 306-966-6775.
Voyageur Place dormitory reservations are available May - August and consist of a single or double room with dresser, desk, desk lamp, closet, and window. If you would like to reserve a stay between May and August, you may reserve directly through our guest housing portal. Please note that there is a 2-night minimum stay for all individual bookings.

Summer Check-In Information
Thank-you for booking your stay with the University of Saskatchewan Residence Services Office. Please see the below information relating to your stay.
Check-in: Check-in time is at 3:00PM, unless other arrangements have been made with the Residence Services Office ahead of time by contacting conference.services@usask.ca.
Check-out: Regular check-out time is 11:00AM, unless other arrangements have been made with the Residence Services Office. Please note, check-outs after 11:00AM are subject to a late check-out fee.

For guest security, the front door of Saskatchewan Hall is programmed to lock at midnight. All guests must pick up their check-in package prior to 9:00PM (Saskatchewan Time). If you are unable to do so, you must make alternate arrangements to stay at a hotel and you may check-in the following day. There will be no refund for late arrivals.
Taxi Drop-off: Ask your driver to drop you off at Louis’ (the Memorial Union Building) on Campus Drive. The Residence Services Office is located in Saskatchewan Hall in the courtyard behind Louis’.
Parking: Once you have checked in, we recommend that you park at the Stadium Parkade, located on Stadium Crescent and a 3-minute walk from the Residence Services Office. Please visit Parking and Transportation Services for information and rates.
Assistance: Front Desk Staff are available at the Residence Services Office to assist you during the hours listed above. Protective Services are available in the case of an emergency and for lockouts outside of the above hours. Protective Services can be reached at 306-966-5555. A complimentary phone (local calls only) is available outside of the Residence Services Office in Saskatchewan Hall for your convenience; dial “9”, and then the number.
Cancellation: For all individual bookings, notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the arrival date. We reserve the right to charge the administration fee and one night's accommodations. Please note that full payment is required prior to check-in.
The Residence Services Office will not accept credit card payments by phone, fax or email. All short stay payments must be made in person or through the online reservation system.
Credit card refunds will only be made to the same credit card on which the payment was made through the online reservation system.
